Launching a Better Bottle Bill: A launch press event

After nearly 40 years, Massachusetts' beverage container deposit law (known as the Bottle Bill) needs to be modernized. The Updated Bottle Bill, H3289/S2149 would get the state's beverage container deposit law up to speed by expanding the types of containers covered, raising the deposit to 10 cents and making other improvements. Come hear about how this bill will help reduce waste and litter, and help build momentum for the 2021-2022 legislative session.
